buyer returns damaged item but has not been received by seller, tracking shows parcel has stalled & remains undelivered for 3 weeks & buyer now wants the refund but item is still not delivered. Ebay return policy time has expired & buyer can ask Ebay to step in anytime now ... what to do? Ebay is **bleep** cant even contact them auto assistant is rubbish & just goes in circles.

Use Live Chat during business hours.
Type in something like “I want to speak to a human”. You may have to type that a few times.

For the prices of the items you're selling / sold, when you get to the automated assistant, I recommend you ask to speak to a supervisor
