buyer's email address

I thought a buyer's email addres appeared in the Refund section of the Paypal transaction, but it seems as though it is no longer there. Is there anywhere a buyer's email address is visible?

Re: buyer's email address

I didn't read page 1 of the thread you linked to, so didn't realise that it went further than just explaining ways for those outside AU.

I had tried the refund option in Paypal (which is how I used to get the email address if needed) but this time tried a direct reply to the PP notification of payment, and it showed up there.

Thank you.

Re: buyer's email address

With regard to the screenshot you showed - you have to click further - on to "Awaiting delivery - print postage label" and then the drop down "view record" should show

It's not showing for the one I sold this evening on a non-store account...

On my non-store account I can still see my buyer's email under the purchase details section of the sales record, for something sold early last week.  I don't use SMP or anything like that, just the basics, but I only ever use seller hub.

Thanks - that worked but what a convoluted way to get there.

Re: buyer's email address

What's convoluted about it? I use seller hub all the time and it's my landing page when I sign in. All I need to do is click on orders paid for and awaiting postage, then I open each order to get the buyer's details. There are so many time-saving features in seller hub that anyone who doesn't use it is choosing to do things the hard way.

Re: buyer's email address

I use seller hub for a few things. For most "My eBay All Selling" is still vastly superior as everything is on the one page. Which means it will go away at some time in the future.

Re: buyer's email address

It's not much use having everything on one page if you want to look at two things at once, but one is right up the top and the other is way down the bottom.

Each to their own, but there's no point in people complaining about one feature not being available when the information is there but just not the way they prefer it.
