A couple of weeks back I made a sale but the buyer forget to tell me what colour they wanted.I cannot post the item because I don't know what colour to post.
I have contacted the buyer a couple of times but no reply I want to relist the item but can't because I don't know what colours to relist..
What should I do? I'm guessing the buyer is on holidays or something????

I would ensure that in future listings you include a statement like "Default colour: If you do not indicate colour preference at checkout or via eBay message I will send the Purple collar".
You can get the phone number for the buyer and try to call them.

Yes I have since done what you have suggested and people are now letting me know what colour they want.
Where do I find the buyer's phone number though??

Go to the bottom of any eBay page and you will see a link to the site map. On the right hand side of the site map there is a section titled "Connect". In the section there is a link "Find contact information".
Fill in the information and you will be emailled the information. Please also note - Your information will be emailled to the other party as well.

Please remember to open a non paying bidder dispute if your buyer doesn't pay you soon - if they've already paid refund them. You have waited more than long enough. If you are concerned about receiving negative feedback post the item.
