buyer won't pay

Buyer bought my car, now he doesn't want to pay for it. It's an auction contract, so how is it that he can't be made/forced to complete the purchase?

Open an unpaid item case, close it 4 days later.

Buyer gets a strike on their account, you get the fee credited back and then free to relist.

Neither party can leave feedback once the case is closed.

Do what Kope says, sorry to say but you have a non-payer on your hands.

Very annoying and frustrating but not worth losing sleep over it, just follow their instructions, move on and re-list.

Good luck next time.

Cars are not the same as other auctions.  Nobody can be forced to pay sight unseen.

Like any items for pickup only they can decide when they see the car that it is not what they want.

Would you be happy to be forced to pay for a car without seeing it?

Just open the dispute to get your fees back and relist it.

The seller will not get a strike....all he has to say is that the car was not as described.
