can I make seller discounts on my listings as a casual seller?

I see some listings have 15% off for 5 days only and so on...can I do that as a casual seller or is it only for stores?

It is only for Stores.  You can always revise your listings to reduce the price and maybe add On Sale Now or something in the Description area.
