can a buyer revise their positive feedback to negative feedback?

Could anyone please advise if a buyer can change their positive feedback left to negative feedback?

they can, however, leave a 'follow up to feedback left' that could leave no doubt that their experience was indeed a negative one regardless of the positive feedback they originally left.

here's an example on some feedback I looked at tonight in relation to another thread

Clearly the followup is a negative comment

Never tried to have a follow up comment removed, but would that still be in violation of the Feedback Policy?

Where you can't leave a negative comment with a positive rating?

I think that's probably the whole point of being able to leave a follow-up, crikey. Many problems don't become evident until well after the original feedback has been left, and as you're not allowed to change it to a negative, a follow-up is the next best thing. After all, isn't feedback meant to be an honest representation of how the buyer feels about the transaction, and that includes after-sales service (or the lack thereof)?
