can i block a member that has already bidded? Reason for this is bidder has 6 feedbacks and 2 say uncontactable and didnt pay, Cheers

You can also cancel a member's bid (recommended after you block them).

If you haven't set up any buyer requirements, you can do that by going to My eBay > Account > Site Preferences > Buyer Requirements and select any that you wish to apply to future listings, such as block buyers with 2 or more unpaid item strikes.
