First off, you are not speaking to eBay, you are speaking to other members like yourself. EBay do not read the forums.
Second, threatening to never use eBay again will have zero impact on them even if they did see your message.
If the sale has been cancelled by you at the request of the buyer, then you will have been refunded the fees. Did the buyer accept the cancellation? If they didn't, then you have to wait 10 days until you can close it. Once you do that, your fees will be automatically refunded. You won't see that as a monetary amount in your account, it will be deducted from your balance that you already owe them if you've sold anything else. If you've not sold anything else, your balance will go back to zero.
