you have to wait 4 days - exactly 4 days not a minute sooner

i have waited 4 days, sent 2 invoices, 1 meassage

Correct me if I am wrong but I thought sending an invoice restarts the timer.
So I think you will have to wait until exactly 4-days after you sent the last invoice.

That's four days to the SECOND. eBay normally notify you when you are eligible for a Non Payment Case.

It's definitely 4 days from when the item was bought/won.
I've never been notified when I'm eligible to open a case, I just check the dates.
Interestingly sor those who don't know, awhile ago I tried to set up the ebay automatic thingy to manage unpaid cases - you can't set them for 4 days if you accept returns. I have 14 day returns so the manager won't open an unpaid case until day 15. So annoying.

now both npb have messaged me stateing sorry for late payment, will pay 2morrow....why not pay now?

Most people get paid on Friday so they are waiting for their pays to be ibn the bank....better that than having the payment bounce.

Sending an invoice doesn't reset the timer, clarry. I always give my NPBs one last chance to pay by sending them a reminder invoice on day 3 and if they still haven't paid 24 hours later, I open the dispute.
