just had a listing for a toy cap gun removed by ebay as violation of policy
including one that I used the "have one to sell sell it yourself " link from an active listing for a very similar cap gun
if searching for cap gun on ebay there are over 1000 active listings in Australia and if I localise search to 200 km there are 11 active listings and 13 sold listings so can't be my location in SA
How do you get around this restriction or why is it not applied to everyone
PLEASE EXPLAIN

It is not up to other members to explain to you why eBay do what they do (if we even knew in the first place)
But 'others do it why can't I' does not come into it
And if it has already been removed and you try to 'get around it' then eBay may decide to suspend your account or close you down entirely
You would need to ask eBay for the eBay (scripted) reason

This may help.
Sometimes ebay will stop your listing becoming active if using certain words. Avoiding those words will likely just get the listing removed later.
