How do I change feedback for a close case. The customer contacted me after the case was closed and now has paid me for the items?
Thanks Kim

I'm not sure I understand the question.
A seller can only leave positive feedback. Are you saying you left a positive with negative comments? I'm sure your buyer could fix that easily enough.
Other than that I suppose you will just have to wear the egg on your face and the fact that you breached eBay policies on feedback, for the next 12 months.

I don't think the seller made bad comments, they sounded truthful. And he's only saying one person paid, not the whole 3 who got the negative positives.
The only numptiness comes from giving those buyers any positive score at all, if they didn't pay they should have been reported to ebay with the non payment strike or whatever it is and no feedback left whatsoever.
From memory though, it is perfectly possible to go back into feedback left and make an additional comment, so if the seller wants to do that, he easily could. I don't think you can change the original feedback but he could add a note that the item was now paid for.
