This is a disgusting & greedy move by ebay.
Postage services are NOT supplied by ebay so why should they profit from them?
True, they already get a % of postage fees paid via paypal but now they are trying for more.
This will see the end of the small occasional sellers, reducing the variety of items & becoming more of a business site!
The Ebay member agreement states that ebay International they are abiding under NSW laws.
