could use some help

I have yet another question to seek advise on.

I am trying to do listings on an account we have.

If I try hitting see similar item in IE it comes back    Page can't be displayed so I switched to Firefox.

Tried hit sell similar item there and it sent me back to sign in and wouldn't let me sign in.

Is anyone else having this, not so interesting, dilemma or has anyone faced this? TIA

Over the past couple of days we have been getting similar errors when going to some ebay pages but yet others will work OK.

eg we cannot get to our Selling Manage Pro home page but we can get to the Resolution centre or Buyers Lists.

Or maybe we can't get to our awaiting postage list but can get to awaiting payments list.

Weird stuff like this.

We have tried a few different browsers with the same results.

After waiting 5-minutes then the failures clear and away we go again.

I've just put it down to the many random glitches the web site is experiencing lately.

It may be a temporary glitch caused by site changes (in preparation for November 1st).

I opened my browser (Firefox) a little while ago and selling manage told me I had 0 items listed Smiley Surprised - nearly gave me a panic attack because eBay have wiped my store of the face of the earth site before due to a glitch, causing me to lose a lot of sales history, plus took a few days before I could get everything relisted.

thanks all...guess this is gonna be a game of patience..guess it's a good thing we haven't gotten any 150 free listings..would be a bugger to get them and not be able to get them on...looking like there won't be any for the month

Just for information, eBay will be blocking the use of the site on older versions of browsers as a security measure.

Some things, or all things, may not be working due to this.

Recommended to update to the latest version of your browser choice.
