courier freight question from NSW country to north shore recommendation

Hi I don't have an account with a courier company, am looking to move something reliably from country area (blue mountains ish) to me - mid north shore NSW.  weight - um - say 18kg?

don't know where to start. for a quote....and reliability is important.

I google places and get the remote forms.

can anyone in a similar era give me any hints.  idea of cost.

I also have to pay money at one end , which would be helpful but I assume couriers will not take that responsibility.  I guess the best way if no paypal of the recipient if to pay front counter of a bank.

I;m the buyer, but I need to make it easy for my seller, need to arrange it from my end.

did you try an online quote - I have used e-go myself and it worked out okay.

just type e-go couriers and you should get the website

Try Termando.

They are a courier broker and have access to couriers that will not deal with one off items like you are wanting to ship.

You do it all on line....put all the information in and you will be given a choice of several couriers that can do the job....take your pick
