My customer was supposed to collect & pay cash on pickup. A day & time selected. They did not show up and have not responded to my emails. I did ask if there was a problem and also had they changed their mind, still no response. The have a good feedback record.

lodge an unpaid item dispute. If they don't pay in 4 days go in an close the dispute you will get your fees returned and you can then relist the item if you wish.
If you don't know how to do it.
go to your sold items over on the RHS of page click on the more actions drop down menu, select report unpaid item.
