If you process a label wrong, then cancel and reprocess and so you have a new tracking number can you cancel the original number from Ebay? Or are you stuck with it saying multiple tracking numbers?

You can delete the second number but not delete the first, as far as I can see.

If you go to the listing under "Sold", I think where the tracking number shows, you are offered the choice to edit.

I put all my postage created Emails in one folder and from there I can find the one I need to cancel,(I thought I

cancelled it after creating it but it still showed in my created list so I had to request a refund on it).

I didn't see it before the five days you have to cancel it.

So you may need to check that postage label created Email and cancel it from there,

I think that all I did was edit the tracking number and I got rid of the first and inserted the second one.

Cancelling the label is not the issue. The issue is once cancelled you upload a new one. But the original tracking number remains, and the replacment shows as an additional tracking number as additional packages. Edit tracking number page only allows you to edit or delete second number, the original (now cancelled label) cant be deleted or edited.

Not sure if the buyer could potentially claim a not as recieved dispute quoting tracking number, which is obviously never posted.

Maybe once AP offically cancel the label it may disappear??
