eBay has wrong info on their auto product description for iPod.

Just put an iPod Touch 5th gen up for sale and I notice that eBay fills in the product details which says it has an FM radio, but it does not. Not sure how much of a big deal it is since it's on everyone elses iPod 5th gen product description but it would be annoying if a seller returned it due to it not having a radio which is in the description.

Who to contact to correct this?

Hey people, go easy on lyndal,

something tells me she's an old lady (could be wrong but I doubt it) - it's just the way she writes and advises.

We gotta respect that, I'm sure she means well even if not always accurate.

For the best part her intentions are in the right place - just trying to help.

Reminds me just now of a grandmother I had (passed away), who always had something to say about everything and proffer advice, so we all went along with it, said thank you nan - you are a gem!

It always made her day - thinking she was helping us all!

Great age deserves that.

Age has nothing to do with the information posted on the boards fixnwear.

And what is wrong with the information I posted above?   None of the money refunded to the buyers under the MBG comes from ebay coffers.....it is all taken from the sellers.

And how old do you think I am?

lyndal,

the only thing I can conclude with the elderly people is that they seem to have very firm opinions and beliefs (aftter  living a long lives)

that are not easily swayed or shifted

Other than that, of course age has got nothing to do with anything - as they say: one is as young as one feels.

And whils I wouldn't have a clue what Ebay would pay and what they wouldn't - and from whose funds - my post was more about people leaving you alone rather than saying your advice was wrong.

Although, if Ebay did indeed make a mistake and filled in wrong details - of course they should pay - like any normal person/organisation does if they caused an error.

Really?? Lyndal was correct, and pointed out false information - what does age have to do with giving correct and knowledgable advice??

I,ve had the same problem with the ISBN number in a new book I was trying to list. It didnt matter how I wrote it ( different spaces , including ISBN at the front etc. ) it just would not accept the number. In the end I gave up and listed it as used.

I did indeed read every post on this thread. The original advice given to the poster was very incorrect as Lyndal pointed out, then the Saarzi came back with an out-of-order post, and your own subsequent posts seemed to me to be sarcastic and imply that older persons are often so set in their ways that the advice they give is given in good faith but often not right. Please correct where my mistake in understanding is.
