eBay has wrongfully taken my money from a sale due to COvid 19 post times for OS

The item has tracking and is currently being delivered yet eBAY says tough **bleep**, they get the money back and i get nothing.

What can i do?

eBay Germany stole $51 from my PayPal account on 3 June, even though the buyer there stated he would wait until 15 June before taking action.

I've been conversing with eBay Germany and they refuse to budge. I can only hope that the buyer will be honest enough to refund my cash when the item arrives. Depends on his character, obviously.

Given that the case wouldn't close unless it timed out in your favour or the buyer closed the case, good luck.
