eBay is incorrectly flagging my buyers address and postcode as incorrect

As the title suggests,eBay is incorrectly flagging my buyers' address and postcode as incorrect and furthermore is not letting me print a shipping label. What do I do to remove this restriction without changing the postcode as I have contacted the buyer and he has told me it is correct.

I use Google maps if there is anything weird with an address, just to double check.

I don't use labels, I manually write the address out, so that could be the alternative for you.
