eBay not allowing address or contact details needed for pickup

I sold an item with local pickup only specified (it's a 90kg bandsaw), and the buyer has paid, but eBay messaging will not allow any message containing my contact details to be sent to the buyer. Any message containing either phone number or address fails with the response "Something went wrong - please try again later". Other messages go through fine. I tried their 1800 number for help, but that's just a robot that tells me to go to the website, which is completely useless on this topic. How do I send the buyer the information they need to pickup the item.

You should be able to give the buyer contact details, BUT today is Friday and it's well-known that the techs mess around on Fridays.

Just try again later when the techs have ceased "meddling".

I had no issues sending pick up details just now using a computer so if you have the App give that a try as once a purchase is made you can send contact details.

What's wrong with sending them an SMS... or if they've used a landline number, giving them a call?
