After a long - 1 year absence from eBay I have decided to revisit and buy some presents for my nieces. I have looked at my favourite sellers items to discover that one of them had some gorgeous stuff on offer and then proceeded to read her / his feedback. I have found 1 negative amongst all the positive reviews. I have then proceeded to read other peoples feedback as well and found myself in shock over what some people write and comment on. Totally ignorant and rude remarks ! Some of the buyers do this on the regular basis and no apparent reason. Can someone please explain how eBay allows for this to occur? It is indeed a very tough place for the eBay sellers today !

Some buyers are very picky, some buyers have received carp service one too many times, some buyers think they can extort a refund, some buyers are downright nasty, some buyers don't understand how things work, some buyers have limited language skills and can't compose a cutting comment so resort to rudeness etc etc etc.
Who knows, conversely if sellers were allowed to leave negs then just as many would do so and be just as nasty as some buyers.
Fortunately for every nasty buyer there are thousands of lovely ones who always give a seller the chance to put things right and either leave no feedback at all or leave a pos.
