An item that the buyer refused to pay for, i was charged full fees approx $43.oo, i relisted item which did not sell, how do i get the fees charged back

you should of put in a non paying bidder case and after 4 days it would of closed if they not pay

and you would of got fees back

never relist till u have done npb and case closed or they pay.
