Hi, I'm looking for a contact email address for ebay customer support to sort out an offer that was provided by email but not offered during purchase process. I've looked everywhere i can but always just goes round in a circle back where I started from.
Any help greatly appreciated, thanks

There is no email address for customer support
Any emails to 'eBay' just go to a bot, *IF* there is a reply, it is usually nothing to do with the question asked
Have you tried eBay Help at the top of the page?
What kind of offer was it? (discount code etc)
Did the item meet the t&c of the offer?

Emailing eBay is a waste of time, it's bot-driven and you are unlikely to get any sort of answer there. Use the link below then scroll to the bottom for the contact options. Be aware that eBay vouchers can and are withdrawn before the end date.

Edit. Pipped at the post Sandy !!!!!!

ebay is the 2nd worst company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with the worst by far is a company they work with who are out and ot thieves
If you deal with ebay
ensure you dont have anything to do with this company
I purchase an item with them last Sept with a value of just under $200.00 .and they constaintly refuse to repay any thing the owed me unless i alterd a review i had made about them ( BLACKMAIL !!) WHICH OF COURSE I REFUSE TO SUBMIT TOO!
EBAY HAVE TOTALLYREFUSED TO HELP IN ANY WAY AT ALL!!!
So beware
