I have reported these I don't know how many times, both via the report link and via report a member. When I checked it this morning, they only had 6 negs and feedback 91.7. I calculated the night before last that at that point they had $32,600 worth of sales. I would imagine it has increased significantly since then.

I just had a quick look under "go-karts" and found 23 items that CLEARLY are not go karts. Guess my day today just got busier as I will help report every single one of them.

They just NARU'd another seller I reported this morning, but for some reason, they refuse to touch this one......or any of the others I reported (again) this morning. It gets a bit frustrating at times and I wonder why I even bother.

So I presume it was that "new" bike scammer that was NARU'd ,(who listed the same items as 161585802762

who is still up ).

These are still up: 321649944006,(my note says Completed,pick up only id**t s they have pick up only on items

located in China.

161567679379, still has 4 listings up selling $400 bikes for $40

This one is in the correct category: 131420951013 as are some of their other scam items.

The other five scammers have all gone through to completed.

The one they NARU'd this morning had some scam electronics and those wretched costumes. Star Wars and a few others. 

Another hacked account had the listings and fake feedback removed (including the negs) and changed back to the original owners name, but I don't think that will stop the scammers. 

Hmmm, no wonder I'm missing these bike scammers, there are so many listings in those categories, so I refine the search by adding terms to not search. Bike was one of them! I'll have to remove it so they show up. 

This is the one that is the subject of this thread, eBay still refusing to remove them 261751923062

This one has 5 listings for SD cards, 2 in the pocket bike category 161585059256

This one has a Frozen costume in the pocket bike category 231471363267

This one has a fake 256GB SD card in pocket bikes 251819113589

The other costume seller that has listed in both pocket bikes and go karts I have given up reporting. It seems some of their items are being sent, so I highly doubt eBay will remove them. I think I reported them over 50 times and had no luck whatsoever.

I have reported all these countless time, both through the listing and via the report a member link and eBay has dug their heels in.

I have been keeping a document record of each of these sellers, what date I saw them, what their feedback score is, how many listings in each category, what the listings are (generically) and the anonymous names of the fake feedback on hacked accounts. Quite a few have the same anonymous feedbackers leaving positives, so they are obviously the same scammers listing. EBay assures you that if the seller is NARU'd for fraudulent activity, they are unable to create new accounts. That may be so, but it doesn't stop them hacking someone else's account.

They have friends leaving positive feedback so that buyers think that there is just a delay,(so they hold of

leaving negative feedback).

These scammers will have other accounts already set up ready to go,(they will also buy accounts from others

and then just inform the true account holders on what to tell eBay).

So the scam listings are removed,feedback and scam items removed and the account holder has made some

money as well,so they just leave the account for next time,(those accounts can be revived a year later and after

listing a few items they are back to 100%).

So they can be "hijacked" again.

It's an on going cycle.

The seller who was the subject of this topic is now NARU!!!!! I guess with 19 negs, they couldn't really ignore it any longer.

Not sure if the SD cards in the pocket bike category were removed (they also had some in the correct category), but there are 6 new ones and none show that I clicked on them previously. There are now none in the correct category, all in pocket bikes now 161590213988

The fake Frozen costume is still active, as is the 256GB micro SD card. 9 of those sold aready at $23.80 each. Looks like he's going to clean up quite nicely.

I see bicycle seller in correct category has had their listings removed. Not NARU though. I translated the negatives from Russian and buyers have received things like napkins or books or rubber bands, instead of the bikes they bought, or are just screaming con artist 151574243014

A new additions tonight, 151580035119 with 1 day auctions for SD cards in pocket bikes. Only 8 feedback so should qualify to have their funds held by PayPal.
