I wonder if ebay misses us since they canned the $1.10 weekends? Sales are great for me, and I dont have to pay 10.9% on sales and postage.

I highly doubt that ebay, would even know you have gone elsewhere. The $1.10 promos, were exactly that, promos. Unlimited free listings and only pay $1.10 if an item sells, was in no way designed to prop up ebays bottom line.

Maybe not, but my sales through July on FB have been over $2000. I don't miss giving them 11% and their PayPal mates another cut.Oh I said Us not me.

I realize that, but the fact is no matter how many people quit using ebay over a perceived right to promos, it does not make any difference to ebays bottom line. When the promos were on, did you drop your prices at all, to attract extra buyers and pass on some of your savings, likewise are your selling prices elsewhere (11%) cheaper than your previous ebay prices.

I'm only a small "seller" on eBay and currently none of my listings will cost me anything as I have free listing and
FVF's for up to 5 items.
That has alowed me to lower the prices to see if they sell (if not I don't care as I don't need to sell).
Biggest problem with Facebook is that to many listings get rejected for breaking their "policies" (then when you
ask why you get no response and it's the worst place for so called help as it's non existant).
So most things end up on eBay as FB has rejected them.
