Can anyone tell me how I get ebay to release the hold on money for an item a buyer received over two weeks ago. When the tracking showed it had been delivered I asked ebay to release and they said they are still investigating...when can I exoect them to release it
buyer had wrong details in his address with ebay and item got returned azked buyer for correct details and sent...but now im the one being punished for the buyer having wrong details. ..the item was over $100.
I dont see what they have to investigate when I jave proof item was sent anf delivered.
sexy, call ebay again and ask to speak with a Supervisor. They can hold you $$ for 3 weeks. If your still not happy, call the ACCC and file a complaint. This is a New Rule and has been discussed here at length. I persoally think it's a joke.

See this thread, and file complaint as so many others are doing.
This holding rule is ridiculous.

Hi sexynsultry
I purchased and paid by Paypal for an Item from a lovely lady a few weeks ago.
She kindly sent it to me even though she hadn't received my payment.
what I did was ring Paypal and let them know I had received her Item and asked if they could release her payment to her and they did stright away.
So if you could ask the buyer to ring Paypal Free call 1800 073 263 let them know they receievd your Item and you haven't received your payment yet they will release it to you.
It's really wrong EBAY holding funds like this to the seller.
Hope this helps.
