It seems that you are located in India.
This is the ebay Australia Communuity forum boards.
You are not talking to ebay here just other members like yourself.
I would think you will need to contact ebay India in order to resolve your problems.

Try the ' Help and contact ' link down the bottom of the page.

With 132 unhappy buyers who left you negs and neuts in the last 12 months (plus the 66 revised feedback) I think ebay has done you a favour by preventing you from upsetting any more buyers.

I count 66 that count - 29 & 37. Out of 4400. And mainly for postage time. Hardly a hanging offense as we all know.
How are your payments set up boomrang? If you are paying manually, you might have made payments for both accounts against one, in which case 1 account would be overpaid and the other underpaid.
As suggested, you should ring eBay India.

Not a lot of people seem to know this, so I'm just going to take this opportunity to mention the revised feedback count is not the same as feedback, and the total is for the entire time the seller has been a member, not just for the last 12 months.
(You can test this quite easily with some sellers, because sellers are only allowed 5 revision requests per 1000 FB received per 12 months. The OP has received 4407 FB in total in the last 12 months, meaning the maximum amount of FB revisions they could have sent would be 20, which is obviously far less than the visible 66, and not all of those - if even used / sent - would necessarily have resulted in a comment being revised).
