One of my authentic items was removed by ebay, ebay claimed that some member reported me, then they mentioned VeRo, I want to relist my item, however, I was asked to get the item verified. I keep sending messages to ebay but they send me dumb answers irrelevant, has anyone been through this before and how did you solve the issue?
You answer, fedback is appreciated

The VeRo program means that the verified copyright holders of brand names can report unauthorised listings of items, and eBay will basically take down any listing that has been reported by a VeRo member without further question - if you wish to dispute the claim that caused your listing to be removed, you actually need to get in touch with the brand and resolve it with them.

yep, happened to me, 64 other simialrnitems in the same category, and I biought then0riginal item off eaBay''so I spat the dummy, closed my shop and stopped selling on eaBay - it was the final straw for me and not worth the hassle anymore.
PreviouislynI had listed an item as used, described imperfections etc, received negative feedback saying item was not new. As this was true, eBay refused to remove the negative on the grounds that it was factual and reflected the buyers opinion.
