yep, c/card was on file and current, paypal account attached and current. I changed the names and then it asked me to update the credit card and the paypal details which seemed weird as it was like starting from scratch, even though it was all there. It even asked to me to go through phone verification. I knew it wasn't right but I went through with all the updating because I had no choice. After it was all done I finally got into MY EBAY only to see a lovely selling limit of 10.
