feedback that I did not leave?

This is weird so hopefully someone has an answer.  Under my seller ID I had a buyer that left me neg fb without contacting me at all with her issue. The fb was very harsh and unwarranted, because of that I was not going to give fb. Tonight I went into EBAY on my iphone app and was going to see if I could leave fb but state that I was disappointed that she didn't contact me, which I didn't do as there wasn't an option to leave fb. I then logged on to my other pc and low and behold it has a positive fb left for her from me with a standard line that I have used b4, eg, happy with buyer etc.  How has this happened when I did not input this info?

Could it be the app on my iphone has automatically updated her fb?

Or have you selected to have auto feedback in preferences some time ago and perhaps forgotten?

Yep I think its the iphone app, if u go into feedback it has a standard response, grrrr so annoyed!

Obviously on another ID, if profanities were used, you can ask ebay to remove it.

Auto-feedback only gets left if the Buyer leaves a Positive.

Hi, I think your problem is your iphone, I have heard of alot of ebayers having problems leaving feedback from iphone's. Apparently when you leave a positive it shows up as a neg or nuet.

Yes, it would be. I use my iPhone to leave feedback and whatever I wrote for the last person it's still there.

As mentioned in another thread, it's not a bug with the app when iPhone users leave a positive and it flips to negative. The only way that could happen is when you're doing the first DSR and accidentally hit the negative button as it's so close.

Just check everything before submitting.
