free listings offer but not on ebay

Did anyone get an email from ebay re free listings for this weekend till 18th May? It does not appear on my ebay page anywhere. Just got off the phone to ebay who can not find it, so just sent them the email offer and they are looking into it and going to phone me back this afternoon. Redoing as just put on buying instead of selling sorry.

Am totally peeved as I have been waiting 2 weeks for a free listing weekend and the offer never came and I only just saw this .
