I listed an item for sale , weight 12 kg , 69cm x 35cm x 36cm , my courier quoted me $ 30 maximum freight to any major city.
It sold to a Perth buyer after 3 months on ebay but my courier (E-Go ) is now quoting $ 140 freight from Sydney to Perth.
Australia Post is also quoting $ 136 for general parcel rate.
I messaged the buyer twice to ask if they want a refund but had no reply .
Can someone suggest a better freight option ?
I want to do the right thing by the buyer.

Have a look at Sendle - they are showing $25.95 nationwide (metro) and $40.95 nationwide (remote). I belive there are some areas they can't pick-up from or deliver to, but major cities should be fine.
