Every time I list something, there is someone watching what I list....can I block this person or find out who it is??

No.
Why do you ask?

What is the point of blocking people from looking at your listings?
I thought the very point of listing on ebay is to open up your sales to more people than if you put an ad in the local paper.
Why stop them from looking?
BTW, you will find a lot of watchers on your items now that you have posted here on the boards....everyone will be wanting to see why you don't want buyers.

but isn't that a good thing?
How do you know it's the same person?
But no, there is no way to find out who is watching your items, so it is impossible to block them.

I think what the problem really is here is not that there are people watching your listings but the fact that there are alot watching but none are buying, that's the real frustration.

Ya gotta love an audience lol.
OP dont worry, watchers are good for business! It just means people find your items intersting or your competition is watching to see if you sell & what you sell for.
I used to get frustrated by people who look but dont buy but not now, I find it helpful , least I know my listings are grabbing someones attention.
I have several things on a watch list right now that I am contemplating buying for Christmas presents, I am sure you will see lots more watchers as we get closer to the silly season!

Sometimes I know who my watchers are because they end up sending me a msg asking if I would sell for far less than the asking price.

Perhaps you would like to charge members for watching your listings!
Don't laugh, somebody actually put that through as a proposal on the old boards lol.
