how do i find an old buyer of mine

hi i want to trace a person that bought an item from me but a l ong time ago

i just found something that i want to send to them but cant seem to find details

how do i go about this anyone thanks

If you know the ID go to advanced search top right then find a member. Then you can contact them through their ID profile.

If you do not know what it is exactly, close matches will also be shown, so take a few guesses.

If they paid with Paypal, look in your Paypal history, your record of the payment will have their details.

You may still have a record in your emails too, if you keep them for sales.

The other place to have a look is in your feedback.  The buyer's ID stays blue, so you are able to contact them that way.
