That only applies if you're listing it as an auction with an optional BIN price. If you want to list as BIN only, you can list it at any price you like.

Which format are you using?

The eBay selling form,Turbo Lister,or?

Most will have drop down menu or tab where you can change it from Auction to BIN.

Just a standard seller listing i think & does not have a drop down box for me to select straight BIN

Where you put the price in there are 2 Tabs just above saying Auction and Fixed Price. Make sure you click on the Fixed Price. 

You should then get one Price box to input your price.

If it's this one just click on the auction tab which will then show the fixed price as well,(then just click on the fixed

price and that will change it).
