how do i send a email for payment by paypal to my customer I don't seem to have the option send invoice anywhere....

go to your sold item over on the RHS of page there is a drop down menu click on that. It will give you an option to send invoice or to resend invoice click on it. make sure you have your paypal account email address on it and send it.

Just had a look through your store, and here's a tip.  You would probably be better off taking more time with the measurements in description.  You need to put exact measurements in both centimetres and inches.  I'm looking to buy some favour boxes, but they need to be an exact size.  Found your measurements confusing.
