yes it is a scam I reccon USA buyer buys 2 of the same item , receives it from Australia within 3 days thru Toll International
places claim in that not as discribed same item we have sold 100s over ebay without a issue , but as always trying to save the hassle I requested him to return item for full refund once we recieve item back , problem is you cannot generate a return label Internationally thru ebay ,yet ebay request a return label otherwise they will find it in favor of the buyer refund him the complete amount and get the items for free
note sure if that is correct but would appreciate any imput.
the buyer is always finding ways to rip off the seller
