how to change an invoice

Help please

I have sold an item to an overseas buyer. The postage provided by ebay was incorrect. I have advised the buyer of the correct postage and sent an amended invoice. The amended invoice shows the correct amount to me. But when the buyer receives the invoice overseas the invoice shows the sale price, the amended postage amount and then the original postage amount as a seperate figure and adds all 3 figures together as the reqd amount.  I have tried to fix this but each time the invoice requested amount increases on the invoice shown overseas. It should be A$15 but to the buyer its now showing A$79.

What am I doing wrong or how can I fix this??

Don't click on the RECALCULATE button.

This just reverts it to where it was before.

Just click on PREVIEW then SEND.

I did this but in this instance the original postage amount was created into a blank new item. I had the selling price, a new blank "item" for the original postage price, then a new postage price as a total. It appeared as a multiple purchuse when there was only 1 item sold. I dont get it sp will have to wait for my next eBay invoice and see what that shows.
