how to delete additional postage charge when listing item

I am trying to sell some items and when I enter the postal charge the additional item postal charge comes up and I can't change it

If you are selling more than one of the same item from the same listing, you can't get rid of it as it's so you can stipulate a charge if someone happens to buy more than one from the listing. It can be any amount, and you can also leave it blank (eBay will calculate that the full, original P&H is applicable for each item purchased if a buyer purchases more than one).
