how to report buyer who wants to buy not on ebay

have had someone contact me in regards to something I am selling, as per below. have obviously told them no I will not do that. The question is though, how do I report this person? they havent technically purchased anything from me, but either way seems dodgy...

I saw in your FAQ you do not ship internationally, but I still wants to try if you may consider :-).

I'm living in the Netherlands and very interested in this set.

If it may be difficult via ebay (i experienced myself as well with selling) and there are no bids, I'm also willing to buy afterwards, pay via paypal or bank transfer and after receipt of payment, you can ship them (should be possible within a letter) for 18.40 AUD.

Thanks everyone for the comments, very inciteful and gives me something to think about next time, certainly next time ill look to offer a special sale through ebay "maybe" however I am not keen to send overseas its just too much hassle. Its bad enough sending to WA at the moment with the delays! Again thanks everyone.

If you don't want to send overseas, don't allow overseas buyers. Not hard.

(just kidding, some of my best buyers were from WA and I have met some posters from WA and they are wonderful people)
