You can't cancel a transaction, only the seller can do that. You need to message them and ask for a cancellation.

You also need to stop yelling at people here who have nothing to do with it

As mentioned, you cannot cancel, only the seller can do that

It would have had to have been in their settings (and therfore in the postage information on the actual listing) they did not ship to PO boxes for it not to accept your address when trying to pay

Naturally if you have not paid you will be getting notices, eBay considers it has been sold and the seller has been charged fees accordingly

Have you actually tried communicating with the seller?

They could have automatic reminder notices set up

They may have forgotten they marked to exclude PO Boxes in their listing

They may be willing to make an exception and send it to your PO Box  (unless they are using a courier in which case they can't)

Cancel an order

If you made your purchase in the last hour and it hasn't been shipped yet, you can send a cancellation request to the seller. If itโ€™s been more than an hour since your purchase, you need to contact the seller directly and ask them to cancel it for you. In both cases, the seller can either accept or decline your cancellation request.
