I am getting very sick on non-payers. Why do they bid or buy an item and then not pay. That is just so stupid. A lot of my items are buy-it-now listings. Surely someone can't change their mind in about 2 clicks. why don't they just watch the item until they make up their mind one way or the other. aargg it drives me nuts...

Why do you give a buyer 5 days to pay for a buy it now listing?
Buy it now listings you should say immediate payment required.
This is the reason the buyers aren't paying.

I don't have immediate payment required on my BINs as there are still a fair few buyers who wish to use bank deposit but I do have my buyer blocks in place so serial non payers cannot buy from me.
I sell for six months of the year o three different accounts and last session I had only 3 non payers. I had a fair few late payers but they mostly paid up on day 3 after receving an invoice or as soon as a dispute was opened on day 4.
I do not mention any time scale for payment in my listings as that would give the impression I am happy to wait X number of days for them to pay so they feel no sense of urgency.
