i have 7 successful sale with positive feedback, why can i only sell 10 items at a time

im new and have only sold 7 items can anyone tell me why i can only list 10 item aparantly ive been given a :

however i still cant get more than 10 items approved. any help would be appreciated. thanks

no you used to be able to get a call back but not now and i cant afford the overseas costs

i have paypal set up and that has two credit cards and two bank accounts, so i didnt think f that

yes i did sell off some stuff but not for a while i thought you had to be continuous.

I called recently to increase a selling limit. I got a code to enter when calling, that came from a link on my ebay selling page - where there is info about limits. The phone was answered promptly and limit was able to be increased. It wasn't an overseas call or not charged as one anyway.
