i list my location as ballarat victoria but it comes up as australia how can i change this

Hi I need help with changing my location on my listing from Australia to Ballarat how can i do this?

Hi, Go to:   Myebay - Active  - Edit All.

NextScreen.  Edit - Select All - Item Location - Type in Ballarat Vic.
