it all depends what options you chose when you created the listing
for non-store sellers, there is an option to automatically relist, if you had ticked that, it will relist by itself.
if you haven't, you can always re-list manually, but you will have to pay a listing fee, or have it counted as one of your free listings quota.

Or you can go to revise your listing and when it goes to the second page just check to see if the box for the
three automatic relists is ticked,(just tick it if it isn't),

Store sellers (some at least) also have the 3 free auto-relist options if they're not using GTC. It might be volume-based, but I certainly get it.
I've spent a month ending and selling similar, but my sales have probably benefitted.
