international postage zones

hello,

I have tried to set up a listing with international post to only specific areas

(I should say that I have been selling internationaly for a couple of years with different postage rates to different regions)

what I want to do is set a listing that only offers international postage to Asia only, but when I set asia in the 'choose custom location' and check the listing from another sign-in, the available countries include asia, but also middle east and russian countries (all with the same postage cost as what I listed for asia)

so my question is, how can I set an international region for postage and have the item only available to that region only?

or (what I suspect is more likely) does ebay simply think that Russia, Iraq, Israel, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Saudi Arabia, Georgia etc etc are all part of Asia and as such postage to these locations is the same as it would be if I was sending to Indonesia

You might have to specifically exclude the countries within eBay's Asia that aren't in yours. (I think everything east of the Urals is Asia).
