is anyone else having trouble receiving payment from a buyer saying that it won't let them pay..

I've had a few buyers tell me that they are finding it hard to pay as it (the computer) won't let them go through with payment. Would this have anything to do with my postage preference as I set it on Freight so I can calculate postage according to their postcode. I just had a puchaser say it happens to her a bit and is frustrating so I take it I'm not the only one this is happening to since this is the only item she's purchased from me.

I had that happen to me about a week or so ago!

I don't know if it's to do with your postage preferences though....

I  re-sent the invoice about 4 times, but it was no help.

I ended up having to send an invoice directly from paypal and my buyer paid that way.

Just a heads up though, if you do that it will not come up in ebay as paid, there fore you can't use the ebay/aust post labels....

I have had this happen to me as a purchaser quite a few times over the last couple of months and most recently 5 times this week.  It is really frustrating when you are trying to checkout and you get told 'come back later' and you leave it 30 minutes and still get the same message.  Must be a glitch in the ebay/paypal interface.

I had a buyer earlier this week, saying PayPal kept dropping out, wouldn't let her pay.  She ended up doing a bank transfer.

There has been an issue with paypal payments this week but it seems to have sloooowly been resolved

I have had this numerous times. I have had to resend an invoice or two.
