Buyer paid twice. Needs refund.
Hi. I had a buyer pay cash for a pick up item. Several days later he paid me again via paypal and I need to issue a refund. I will use the issue refund button in paypal but will this give me a defect/affect me in any other way ie fees etc.
ive noticed some listing photos are not available once listing is over, how do i do that pls?

Hi All, Just wondering if anyone can clarify the defect rating due to roll out tomorrow. Let's say a buyer purchases an item by mistake and the seller initiates the cancel transaction request. Does this still count as a defect? Thanks in advance
