Goodness me, leave the buyer alone and wait a week or two then send a request for feedback revision.
If you keep up this sort of contact you might just make then annoyed and then there will be no hope to get the negative removed.
I have found talking face to face rather than over the phone gets a better response.:^O

Wasn't sure if I should post in this thread or not, as I actually purchased from the OP back in January and there was a problem with the disc... For what it's worth, it couldn't have been handled better. IMHO There's a reason that neg is an anomaly, and even if it stays, I wouldn't hesitate to buy again, and neither would the majority of other eBayers.

What makes you think that my DVD is not a comercial production. The point I was getting at was the quality of the movie not if it is good/bad which is up to the viewer.
Because YOU were the one who produced this hypothetical DVD. You were responsible for it's quality so you can be held accountable. You can hardly hold a seller accountable for a bad movie which the seller had no hand in making

Very bad advice. Communication with other eBay members should be conducted by eBay messages; that way if there is a record of what was said. If buyer does not respond to messages, they obviously do not want to change their FB. If seller messaged me several times and then called me because they were not happy with the FB I gave them, I would consider it a harassment, and would have left follow up "harassing phone call".

I am not saying that the buyer was right to leave that FB, but if seller keeps messaging, calling and then arrives on their doorstep, they are harassing the buyer, and thy buyer would have a full right to acusse them of stalking.
The buyer might be a moron, but it is their right to leave FB to express their feeling about the transaction. The comment says nothing about them not liking the movie. As I suggested in my post #6, if they admitted in their messages that the reason they left the NEG was because they did not like the movie, eBay will remove it. So why would you continue to contact the buyer, who obviously is not going to change it, and if they do, they might change it to something worse.
