ebay text and images policy - http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/image-text.html

take your own photos of the items you want to sell.
they form part of the description, so a buyer is less likely to be unhappy upon receipt.
recent rule on eBay, also, is no stock photos for items that are not new.
good luck selling ๐

eBay has a limited product catalogue which provides stock photos, typically things like media (CDs, DVDs, Books etc) and electrical goods / gadgets etc. Your items have to be brand new to use eBay's stock images, and you generally access them via the listing form when you enter the product title / keywords.
There is a setting in your eBay site preferences that will allow eBay to add your images to this catalogue so that others may use them in the future (if they meet all the requirements and are good enough - keep in mind ticking the box to share with eBay does not mean you're allowing other sellers to use your images at any time, it's only if your image is added as stock image to eBay's catalogue).
